Well it's part of the life... If that's a troll to take people's tension; shame on you cuz this shit is tense. Anyway, here's what you'll do and don't:
>keep this subject as a private thing, don't even open up subjects about her to your friends. Also never try to mention that to girls you just met.
>Embrace the pain, think about her and miss her. Stay away from drugs if you ask me. There's nothing you can do about pains that incurs when you love and/or lost someone.
You DO have to move on and make a new start. Give yourself like a month to recover. Go out often, and keep your mind busy.
If you can't keep your mind busy out of this, then think about getting some vitamins (B-complex for anxiety and depression, D3 for boosting your hormones), remember to drink lots of water to balance your mood. Addition to those, some fresh ginger tea to your general diet would help you recover easier, yet increases your testosterone levels.
