I think I'm basically replacing like 99% of the stuff. A couple of the effect sprites and item sprites are changed only slightly (mostly just .png'd so they don't conflict as much with some palettes, and having their shading touched up a little), mainly because they were already pretty good and I can't think of anything to replace them with.

For weapons, I'm replacing most everything. The Uzis will have some familiar frames, but they'll be fairly different and have new animations, the chainsaw might be redone from the original Doom one and then restyled to have a similar look. The knife sort of has a similar look to the original, but I'm using edited versions of Grim Jekyll Payne's slash and throwing animations, which I think look quite good, and not as oddly awkward as Cory's original ones.
Can't think of a lot to do with the satchel charge sprites, I'm wondering if I should just paint over the shitty old Half-Life rip or something.
