Is this RCT 1 or 2? The design wouldn't be that much of a help in 1 since loops for wooden coasters usually have to be researched and are not available from the start.
I tried to create an as-compact-as-possible wooden coaster in RCT 1 a while back and this was the result. It's cheap, has a short ride time and can be built on nearly any terrain due to the low construction height. The speed at which the trains arrive at the station is slow enough to not have to worry about station breaks failure, and although the stats aren't spectacular, they're decent enough when built in a park with paths, other attractions and scenery nearby.
