Even though it's suppose to be a GBA SP alternative, it has a terrible resolution (320×240) for GBA games. I wanted to play GBA rpgs on but because of the resolution, the scaling makes the text look like shit. It's more bearable when you're playing games that don't use a lot of text.

And because this is pretty much a "mini linux computer" when you can't just switch it off. You have to manually shut it down from the OS like how you shut down a real computer or the SD Card can get corrupted. But at least when you install CFW if you just switch it off, it will automatically scan and repair it (Like the windows boot chkdsk)

But I do agree with some of your other points about it. The D-Pad isn't too bad and the IPS screen is great. I believe it's worth exactly the $30 I paid and anything more than that is a ripoff.
