Well I researched a bit and I think I will just give up with the USB to GC idea since Wii only has 1 fightan which PS2 doesn't and WiiMAME doesn't play JJHFF. My stick is also custom made, I made it from some shitty PC controller, I'm just gonna modify it so it works on PS2 too.

Just found about raphnet, that guy is so based. He's selling so many different adapter internationally and he even made a guide for making that SNES adapter you mentioned, with source code and all. And even shipping to Europe is dirt cheap compared to US sellers.
