The Hi-Tech Expressions Mega Man and Mega Man 3 (still waiting for their Mega Man 2) aren't that obscure.

Despite being shit, the first one actually sold pretty well.

Hi-Tech... they were a very infamous developer.

As a kid I had the Tom and Jerry game for SNES, still have it, it was a total kusoge, but I still replay it from time to time just for nostalgia.

They also made the horrible PC ports of Megaman 1 and 3 on PC.
