He's alright when he seems to give a shit about the review he is giving, you can tell when he *likes* a game he can talk about it's mechanics and the way it works and why he thinks that's good. Sometimes even when he does not like things he can say why but there are other reviews where you know he does not care but still wants to be taken seriously. If he marketed it as "first impressions" he might be better off.

I mean, there is so much that is bad about COD and what it does but for the most part all he can do is have a whine about the crappy story and thinks any game including white protagonists is incredibly racist/xenophobic or whatever other bullshit Kotaku check your privilege garbage he's decided to spout.

Then you point this out and many of his sycophantic followers just go to the extreme and think you're the opposite end of him because if you dont agree with Yahtzee you just mad.
To be honest I feel like he's got some non-white friend who he's desperately trying to impress.

All this said I still tune in when new videos of his come out.
