E. Honda is always good for a laugh. My only guess is that they come from a country of generally small, not fat people, so they don't have a good idea of weight. Also the fattening of the world has since improved understanding of height/weight appearance. Even The Simpsons was guilty of this, since 6', 300 pound Homer was depicted more like a 450-500 pound person.
