After modding. Nothing too crazy here.

My main is a modded Qanba Q4RAF Ice Blue that supports X360 & PS3 / PC out of the box through the use of a switch. It has a headset jack (that I have never used), turbo and you can assign the joystick as either d-pad or analogue stick. The latter actually came in handy to my surprise when I played the SF 15th Anniversary Collection and it wouldn't register diagonals unless the stick was in d-pad mode. On its underside it's got rubber feet and is also completely covered in black felt which prevents it from slipping around when placed on your lap.

It's got all Sanwa parts and the the modifications are:
JLF - translucent blue dust washer, shaft guard and balltop (I tried an oversized actuator and heavier spring but eventually reverted back to stock. Alos have an octagonal restrictor gate laying around but never tried it. Square for life.)
30mm buttons - plunger inserts have been switched out for opague royal blue ones (it came with translucent blues but I hated them bc they're made from 2 pieces which makes them rattle and changes the overall signature sound profile and feel way too much. The translucent blue rims I kept.
24mm start button - switched out completely since it stock was a completely off lilac color that clashed with the rest of the stick. And I'm pretty sure this single button wasn't Sanwa unlike all the others. Bought the same translucent blue rim in 24mm size and a white plunger for it.

Ah yes, a fellow man of culture I see. I really like the color scheme you got going there. Generally I'm not the biggest fan of displaying artwork on a stick, so I would've probably preferred an all black background. But it does match really well with the crystal case I'll give you that. In any case, it looks much nice than my default panel which I don't really like but like hell am I going to spend any more money on this thing. I already spent waaay to much on it and it doesn't even really show.

What I don't like from my own experience is the feel and sound of those translucent Sanwa buttons. They look great but I can't stand using them. The inserts / plungers on those are constructed very differently from the regular opaque models and they rattle and sound very different as a result. That's why I changed them out pretty much immediately after buying the stick even though the transparents often look nicer. With the rim piece it doesn't make a difference and so I kept them.

I feel that default black dustwasher you got can't really hang with the rest of the piece. Translucent smoke maybe? https://focusattack.com/sanwa-jlf-cd-translucent-smoke-shaft-matching-dustwasher-set/

I'll post some games in a minute though.

I have a JLF as well but never used any Seimitsu product. With the Sanwa I tried different mods however:

I used a 1mm oversize actuator for a while which I definitely enjoyed as it speeds up your play for sure. After a while though I grew tired of it because it also shifts the size of the actuation zones in favor of diagonals. In comparison to the default actuator it becomes easier to do diagonal inputs but horizontals and verticals are harder to hit. That started to bother me with time and so I took it back out.

I also tried a 2lb tension spring but I don't have many good things to say about it. Don't get me wrong. It works - when you let go of the stick from full throw it doesn't hit the opposite switch or anything. But it definitely felt like it was slowing me down. Tried it with both actuators too. Just wouldn't do it for me. It feels snappier, you might subconsciously associate that feeling with a sturdier build quality and therefore prefer it. But my guess is that, in reality, it's slowing you down.

It's all a matter of taste really and they're not bad mods to do but they're probably more suitable for shmups rather than fighters.

I have an octagonal restrictor gate as well but never used it thus far. I know I wouldn't like it. I think of a Shoryuken as an angular C motion more than anything.

This is mine. Several parts aren't stock anymore.
