I just picked up this 37" 2001 trinitron today and I have run into a couple things with it that i'm not sure are normal or not. When I turn it on it makes a loud 1 second buzz and then it takes about 6 seconds for the picture to come on and then another 5 seconds for the picture to calibrate it's brightness and colors. Also, when the brightness is turned up high these horizontal waves move up toward the top of the screen (theyre very visible on black screens) Anyone know anything about these issues if they are real problems or not? The games look pretty flawless as far as I'm concerned. Pic related, the tv in action.
