I need a TV, any type, and I'm short on money. I found a 21" Panasonic, a 21" Philips and a 21" Toshiba, they're all for almost the same price (really cheap in my currency). I need to know:
>Which one of those brands is better?
>What should I look before buying one of those?
>How long can I expect these things to last? I want, at least, 3 years.
