So damn good, God, I wish we would've gotten more Mummy movies during it's prime(not the jet li one), during Brendan's prime. I know they're cheesy but I love them so much. To my knowledge, I don't think anything has come close to the mummy since it's release, for this genre, tho not better than Indi, of course. There's something that's in these Mummy and Indi movies that people can't seem to replicate again, not even the third mummy movie could, I honestly wouldn't know where to begin on what it is but i miss it.
It's also a feeling I share with TR nowadays, classic TR, and Legend gives me that, but everything after that hasn't, not sure why, it was until I tried that TR2 remake demo last year where that sense of wonder came back, it's a damn shame I can't get more of that.
The video wouldn't load for me but I looked up the name, "Goldsmith Imhotep" absolute kino. Never fails to give me that feeling of adventure whenever I hear the mummy ost, that Osiris main menu music reminds me so much of The Mummy, makes me wonder if whoever made that took inspiration from it.
bit of topic but has anyone tried the Mummy games? are they any good?
