Can anyone recommend a good HDMI to component scaler/converter?

After assessing my situation with hardware, i've found it's by far the most optimal solution regarding inputs, functionality and space.

I've been hesitating to buy one for weeks now, all because I don't want to invest in a poor quality product. If anyone's used a HDMI to component scaler/converter, please let me know of a good one (100 bucks is probably my limit)

>HDMI input from PC
>Component out to TV (hopefully including sound, but not actually 100% necessary)

I'd like it to downscale, but I can deal with a native res.
