Die at the final boss once, you go all the way back...

What the hell were they thinking? Was this an accident? This shit is relentless. I can't figure out the pattern or anything before I'm pushed all the way back.

This is one game I wouldn't mind using save states on, because it really just isn't fair.

Ruthlessly difficult games general I guess.

What are some arbitrary challenges that you guys have come up with for NES games?

For me, I like to challenge myself by playing through the Ninja Gaiden games using the NES Satalite, because latency on it makes the game harder.
