Considering it's bare metal assembler specifically crafted around the limitations of the 128k ZX Spectrum, you'd basically have to remake the game from scratch.

You might be able to port over a decent amount of the z80 code, but the Mark III has less ram, a completely different video chip, different sound chip, and runs on cartridges. Forget about bringing it to the NES or C64 without a total rewrite.

So, which Tetris is the definitive Tetris?

For me, the appeal was that the levels themselves are like large, grid-based puzzles. Things are a bit clunky in terms of movement since Lara will have to be positioned against that grid, but the payoff in treating parts of the level design as giant puzzle pieces really pays off. The environments felt much more like something you had to figure out, which really made them more memorable than they seem with the chunky pixels and ugly polygons in screenshots.

It's a piece of garbage, and if you want it in software form just use the VOPM vst. Apart from a minor difference to prevent the two chips from being interchanged, the YM2151 and the chip in the FB-01 are identical.
