I would say Heretic itself, but Heretical Doom really has a balance issue, so I'd recommend something slaughter-y.

Babel's Spectres are fun to fight, if a bit confusing at first. Also, does anyone know how to change your screenshot directory in GZDOOM? I can't seem to figure it out, and having them plopped in my sourceport's folder is a bit inconvenient.
