This. Also, special championship edition and turbo didn't really matter that they were the same because one was released for genesis and the other for SNES.

Also, the PC version of MK2 didn't have sound(and only used 4 buttons), and the 32x version had bugs, and those were like the only decent ports of the best one in the series. Maybe the amiga version was okay.

PC version of MK3 also lacked music. Only thing wrong with the PC version of SF2 turbo was that vega was replaced with someone from some other series. Also, the capcom pad was rather solid.

Then they porter fucking "trilogy" to the N64, really, it needed that kind of system?

Sega was generally behind on controller complexity. Come on, sega was terribly behind on controller complexity, the genesis had practically as few buttons as the NES, it didn't even experiment with a single shoulder button or ANY new button type. Then with the saturn it didn't have even one analog axis.
