If you want to play this shit:
On Snes9x? Then download the newest version (1.54); the most popular version, 1.53, doesn't support ROMs larger than 4MB (this hack is 6MB).
ZSNES? Don't. But since ZSNES users are stubborn fucks, just be aware that there's a chance the hack might crash randomly because your garbage goddamn emulator doesn't have proper SA-1 support.
I'm assuming you won't have problems with more accurate emulators.
It won't work in other emulators if they don't support SA-1 - snes9x for the Wii, as far as I remember, doesn't support it, for instance.
On the SNES? You'll need a flashcart with SA-1 support.

You dumb FUCK your ROM is unheadered. You need ROMclean or another similar program to fix your shit. If your ROM is .smc then you don't have to worry about anything. Run your ROM through your program of choice and THEN you patch it.

Lastly, don't choose the third file in the file selection screen, it's buggy and will crash your game and delete the saves on the other files. Stay on the first or on the second one.
