Anon, you can disable nsfw images in the user settings. Even if you ever did want to find porn of something you can just go to your settings and turn it back on.

Even then the actual problem is that using the tag "MOTHER" gets you off topic stuff. "MOTHER2" and "MOTHER3" are fine but "MOTHER" is annoying.
