I'm someone who exclusively plays shooters with M&KB since I mostly enjoy 90s/2000s-era PC shooters. I used to think this game was shit when I tried it with the M&KB controls patched in, but I started it again with controller and actually think it's a blast like this. M&KB might feel a lot more natural but the games difficulty and balancing is clearly built around controller.

Do you guys think these patched in PC controls fuck up console shooters? I never thought it was the case with Halo: CE.

Its simple. low res games look better on CRTs. I do emulate everything after 5th gen though because thats when 3D started looking good at HD res.

Why was the consensus always that this was superior to Goldeneye? It runs like shit in almost every level and the huge levels are a chore
