It was amazing when it started out, and when the Dreamcast was allowed to be retro, it helped to make this board a bit more broader and less shitposting about "b-b-b-but it's not retro". I frequented it in 2014 and occasionally in 2015 These days when I do come back to browse, it feels like there is a lot more shitposting and I'm assuming /v/ has leaked in because they're tired of shitposting on /v/ and want something new to try related to video games.

It's still a great board.

This game is a perfect RPG in my mind, and a near perfect game.

I have the Dreamcast version and it is definitely one of my top 10 favorite JRPGs. The characters are likable and the setting is really breathtaking. I want to get the GC version some day for the extra bounties and discoveries. If you get the Dreamcast version (which has better sound quality since it is on 2 DC discs) make sure to burn a copy of VMU Tools over at DC Iso Zone so you can get the Dreamcast DLC on your game (Hamachi Island, Giant Looper Fight, and Swirlarang+Tuna Cutlass)
