Emulation is crap on Xbox. ESPECIALLY Rocky5 emulator front end. The UI is fine, but the emulator it uses has really bad input lag. Your best bet is COINOPs8. Even that is garbage, but it's customized in a way that every game is at least playable. He has console games in it too, but Console emulation on xbox is shit, wii for some reason is much better.

ONE THING THOUGH, there are lot's of "Classics" games which tend to be great (taito and Midway are great). Also there are some ports that run good like DUKEX and DOOM. There is also a killer instinct port that works well.

TL;DR it sucks for consoles. Input lag etc
