This. I love the game but was never under any delusions that it was popular on release. My problem with this guy is that he obviously does not like 3 and uses its abysmal sales to validate his view, sensitive 3 fans sniff that out but let their salt blind them to the facts, say a bunch of dumb salty shit and now the "fandom" looks bad.

Personally I feel good about having saw the beauty in 3 even before it blew up. I remember seeing my brother play SI on dreamcast and thinking man this is really cool, I never saw a fighting game with such a cool cast and overall vibe. I guess some people think poor sales equate to poor quality, but if it were truly a bad game it would have never made such a big comeback.
