I never considered Crash the PS1 mascot.
I know most people do, at least in the west, but it was never an official mascot.
If I had to choose a mascot for the PS1, it's Robbit.

Why do people who defend Crash, always immediately go and compare it to Super Mario 64 and the N64? It's as if you guys think that people who don't like Crash must be N64/Mario 64 fanboys. Sorry, no. Crash isn't that good of a game and I'm not a Nintendo fan boogeyman.

There were other 3D platformers even on the PS.
Jumping Flash is much better than Crash.

PS1 has a lot of hipster games, but Jumping Flahs aren't them. Try LSD, Moon RPG, all the artdink games, etc. Basically any game mentioned on "obscure PS1 games" threads. You must be pretty young if you think Jumping Flash are hipster games. Also you must have a pretty shit taste if you think they're not good.
