I'm perfectly fine with it. As >>6782383 said it's mainly just a fun gore mod, I like how bodies get propped up against the wall and the sounds are neat.
It's moreso the fans on the extreme end considering it the definitive way to play Doom.

Bunch of stuff was fixed and added. The biggest changes from v1.2.0, which I posted ages ago are: localization support for exported dialogs, importing compiled Strife dialogs for export to ZSDF, refactored code that's less of a nightmare to maintain, and overhauled navigation UI, last of which made the editor perform a dozen better compared to the old tree view piece of shit.
