Crt question here, I picked up a new one that I found at a thrift store and it has this weird thing where if nothing is being displayed the screen is green. I've looked around and can't seem to find anything on this but I'm assuming it's some kind of power saving feature so that you know when the TV's on (it's also a lot less green than it looks in the photo to the naked eye). There's absolutely no issues when it's supposed to be displaying something, either way does anyone else have one that does this? And/or do you know for sure why it does this?
