The official sega stick is pretty good, it has a micro switch dpad and the buttons feels as good as the neo geo controller.
The snes super advantage is terrible, the buttons rub against the plastic so they don't feel smooth and the stick is crap so you are not certain of the direction.
Reviews at the time were pretty bad at mentioning the flaws and were more concerned with how it looked.
