Raphnet finally has the Classic to SNES adapter in stock after like a year of me looking on-and-off on his website. I also bought the Classic to USB adapter since I love the analog triggers on them for Gamecube emulation. Would people recommend the PS1/PS2 to USB adapter for any particular reason?

No there are CC to SNES adapters on raphnet which opens the door for you to mod any modern stick to CC connection. Or better yet use the Tatsunoko fight stick on your SNES
