Hitler's problem with capitalism was that the capitalist class was dominated by jews. His solution was to replace them with aryan capitalists. He destroyed German unions and workers rights and was an inveterate ally of the wealthy.

Ah yes, the capitalism = market economy meme. Socialism is more compatible with market economies than capitalism, which requires government action to keep the bankers, investors, and landlords in charge. Most first world countries these days are capitalist/socialist hybrids. Fundamentally their economies are controlled by their capitalist classes, but they give their working classes some degree of power through union rights, minimum wage rights, and things like that. The closest the world has been to pure capitalism would be the system that dominated the world throughout the 1700s and 1800s. A typical work week was 70 hours and wages covered just barely enough to pay your living expenses until your next shift. It was even more violent and anti-freedom than communism, which is really saying something.
