Coincidentally, I cleared the SNES version for the first time last night the proper way. Technically, I cleared it already once when I rented it as a kid, but I used a password from Nintendo Power to skip to the final level and I always regretted that fact that I didn't play through every level as it was intended. I'm not too familiar with the other versions outside of seeing screenshots and videos, but from my understanding, the SNES version is more of a full-fledged remake than a straight port. I'm not sure if I could do a single playthrough of all 20 levels in one sitting. It took lots of trial and error to complete many of the later levels and I don't think I would have the time or patience to do so.

It's such a shame that Arsys didn't work on POP2 port.
