so for some reason PRBoom seems to get fucky in 1920x1080

this is a weird thing that happens to me with some games, I have to set games to either 1366x768 or 1600x900 because they get weirdly cropped at 1920x1080 despite that being my resolution, I tried updating the drivers and it still happens, whats going on?
