Technically there was.
It was called Toment - Tides of Numenara and was supposed to be a spiritual succesor to PST.
It sucked. It was Bioshock Infinite levels of pretentious, overly-wordy and the story was a carbon-copy of PST, that really tries to be smart and failing spectacularly.
And it flopped hard.
Proving once again, that PST was a lightning in the bottle.
