Finished Red's story today. I'm glad he doesn't have multiple endings, I really didn't like his quest that much and don't want to do it again. I guess I'm just not into that transforming-super hero thing. I never used Alkaiser unless the story required it.

I especially had a tough time in the Black Ray. Took me a few hours to figure it out. A few times I had gotten down to "Almost at BlackX Base" or whatever, but I didn't know THEN I was supposed to fight the boss. Because I had fought him before and it was game over when I won, I just assumed it would be game over again. In the end I didn't even grab any treasure, because any time I did, I'd be 1 room too soon and fight him too early. I guess this makes up for me getting out of the labyrinth in Asellus's story so easily.

Used Timelord this time around, discovered just how great he is. I was surprised Timeleap even worked on bosses. If I absorbed enough monsters to raise his Quickness super high, I imagine every single boss would become a cakewalk. Just Timeleap to freeze his turn and have others do damage.

So some story questions I guess.
1: I remember a girl at the start named Yulia, Red seemed to be interested in her. But after the pirates invaded Cygnus, I don't think I ever met her again. Was there some way to recruit her?
2: In Tanzer on the Rune quest, Red had some dialog about Nomad. When I recruited the monk-dude, he said he had questions for her. But then I never heard from her again. Did I miss something?
3: I went to Facinaturu to get the Sand Vessel, and Gina's house was locked, as was the palace. I assume the mystics wouldn't let Red into the palace, but because Gina's house was locked, does that mean Asellus's storyline finishes before Red's does? Or am I reading too much into that locked door?

Now I just gotta decide who to play next.
