They shortened the length so it was more a + shape than an actual cross. Also not sure which CV did it, but one renamed it from holy water to fire water. Of course it never says what it is in the actual game, just the manual.

Submitting this from CV3. No one would've even noticed it to begin with, yet alone gotten outraged.
