For those who have a bit more dosh to spend, the Retrostone 2 has just been announced via Kickstarter.

It costs $129 and is built on top of an OrangePi board, meaning you can use it as a regular single board computer, and it runs a the whole PS1 library comfortably along with a lot of N64 games. The original Retrostone was pretty successful despite having a poor screen. This version improves that, as fixing the issues in the previous iteration.
