From the reviews I've seen, it's most noticeable on s-video, so if you're only using composite, you should be fine.

But I guess ghosting isn't quite the right word. It's a ghost-like double image effect. Check out the slight ringing around the text in pic related. I only get that through the switch. If I connect directly, it's perfectly clear.
