Both are easy. To rocket jump, just crouch-jump and shoot diagonally to the ground where you want to be propelled from.
To conc-jump, just cook the grenade by holding G and wait for the last beep before it goes bee-bee-beep and jump in the direction you want it to send to. I recommend practicing on 2fort as medic on a local server

machinegames is also responsible for developing wolfenstein 2 aka "if you don't buy our game you're a neonazi!!111!!" and their quake episodes have been thoroughly underwhelming.
this new one in particular looks like bethesda strapped another intern to a chair, forced them to watch Retro Boomer Shooter™ footage for a day, and then chained them in front of a pc with trenchbroom, threatening to put them down with a rifle if the final maps weren't 50% trim and didn't take two weeks to compile. virtually any unofficial fanmade episode on quaddicted or func or quaketastic or fucking twitter is more appealing

For those of you having a precache issue with Violent Rumble, there's a new progs.dat on the Mega that should fix it. I'll forgo the usual patch notes for now since I'm still working on the Mjolnir texture and a weapon-related addition that was requested a while ago...

It has about the same featureset as Quakespasm, but can give you much better performance on fuckhuge maps + has a neat underwater effect. However, it missing a lot of stuff in Quakespasm Spiked that newer mods like Arcane Dimensions take advantage of, and FTE can get about the same performance in just OpenGL mode.
