I committed the retail consumer cardinal sin of blurting out to the poor wagie "sorry, I know I can get one way cheaper online" and felt like a douchebag, though there was no way in hell I'd ever pay fifty bucks for a battered, incomplete controller that was assuredly full of dead skin sludge and dog hair. There's no joy to be had in used game stores any more.
