ZOE1 HD is fine, has framerate hiccups but it's still *fine*
ZOE2 HD in its vanilla form sucks ass, but if you get the PS3 version with the latest patch, you instead get an overhauled version by Hexa Drive that's pretty damn good.
ZOE2 MARS is the best version hands-down given it was re-remastered by CyGames (Granblue Fantasy) of all companies, who are apparently comprised of big ZOE fans. As to why it was 2 and not 1, probably because ZOE1 on the whole is a tech demo and a half that tops out at maybe 3 hours. I wish it got a remake of some kind to bolster it, but it's not gonna happen, especially now given the state of Konami
