Most models of the SNES have RGB output, but that's not component. You could connect it to something that accepts direct RGB or something like SCART, but you would need a converter (Or cables like these that have an in-line converter) to convert that to component.

If you want to output to a CRT then the Component route is your best bet, assuming you live in the Us where Scart is not common. If your end goal however is to output to a modern TV, then it would be better to just connect it by RGB/Scart to an HDMI upscaler. Even if your modern TV has component inputs, many can't handle the 240p signal the SNES would output through those, or they don't display interlaced frames properly.
