The second issue is that the edges of the image seem to be distorted shape-wise. Not sure if this is a regular thing with CRTs.

The vertical middle of the screen kinda bows inward a bit. This part doesn't bother me as much as the lower right corner, though. You can tell by the background grid pattern that the bottom right just bends outward and gets cut off. Rarely a real problem, but highly noticeable when something moves down there on-screen.

So any idea what I can do to fix these? If it's fucked, then are there any suggestions on an affordable replacement within the same size range? I've heard all about the Sony PVMs and I've been hunting them, but I'm almost to the point where I may just settle with something else.
