This art is more indicative of what ICO actually is compared to the PAL cover. The PAL cover is nicer to look at it but it's incredibly vague and is a poor representation of what ICO is like.

This isn't so much "awful" as misleading but the US cover of Gran Turismo 2 features the cockpit of a Mclaren F1...a car that isn't in Gran Turismo 2.
