I played the four levels of Duke Nukem 3D for the first time today. I played DN Forever back when it first launched and always had the idea in my head that Duke Nukem was this turbo-jank franchise that people only liked for a handful of dated memes. Could never bring myself to play the original even though I love DOOM and other 2.5D retro shooters.
It's fuckin' rad as hell, I feel like a dumbass.
