He has a personal website that is a delightful slice of 90s web design that he still updates, the last update listed was yesterday. I am not sure if he has a Twitter but he is obviously still alive and active.

He was actually supposed to be collaborating with a Doom modder. They approached him with all these ideas and plans for a HACX 2.0. That modder was Xaser and as far as I know he is still active in the community and on Doomworld.

Either one of them could be emailed and asked what happened with HACX 2.0 but the site hasn't had a new update for it since 2012.
