There's an insane psychopath around here who is trying to pretend that hardware simulation like flashcarts is "emulation" and he goes around talking about it like it's common knowledge. Obviously, anyone who knows anything about computers knows an FPGA simulating a chip is simulation, it has nothing to do with emulation. Yes in broader contexts there can be such a thing as "hardware emulation", that is not the case here. The phrase "emulation can never be 100%", for whatever meaning it has for emulation, it certainly does not apply to flashcarts which often include no chip and have the exact same input/output as an actual cartridge.
