I'm at the Great Arc, resting after traversing the treasure cave pointed out by a pirate and on to looking for the fairy I set free. Before that, I kicked both Undine and Volcano's ass and looted their treasures.

1. I'm already one number at the business mini-game yet the objectives of beating the Dophore Firm is still there, what gives?

2. Am I able to re-recruit my party members after kicking them out?

3. I noticed the stats of the characters doesn't even change a bit. Is this normal?
