AS for the 'stealing credit cards thing," personally I don't trust unproven companies to have decent cyber security, so using a CC with them might be a risk. That said, just use paypal or see if your CC company offers temporary, virtual CC numbers for you to use (most CCs do, as it saves them effort and money by preventing theft).

I've been told the coupons don't work for EU. No idea about any other countries. When you download and run the Temu App for the first time, a spinner appears where you 'luckily' win the grand price, $100 worth of coupons if you 'buy' three items. Buy 3 items, then instantly cancel the order, and you'll get the full refund but keep the coupons. Among the coupons is stuff like $20 off a $50 purchase, $10 off a $25 purchase, $5 off any purchase (but $10 minimum to actually ship the order), and I think $40 off $100 purchase? Something like that. I got a RG35xx for $30, that's all that matters to me.
Also you have to use the deals within 60 minutes of running the app for the first time to get the best deals, so make sure you know what you want to buy before hand. RG35XX is the best budget option, imo. Sf2000 is more toy than handheld. some of the more expensive handhelds might appeal to you if you want psp emulation, but the number of retro handhelds is limited.
