Every damn time. Half the PC games that get posted here are 2000-2001. That Icewind Dale thread that's up now? Icewind Dale was released June 29, 2000. Deus Ex threads? June 23, 2000. Thief II? February 29, 2000. Those Baldur's Gate 2 threads? Throne of Bhaal was released June 22, 2001. The Diablo threads? Lord of Destruction was released June 27, 2001. Empire Earth threads? November 12, 2001.

And so on. But then every fifth thread or so, there's always one Johnny Come-Lately who thinks his interpretation of the /vr/ rules is correct who spams the thread with screeches about how "any other forms of video games on platforms launched in 1999 and earlier" should not include PC - and ONLY PC games- despite them making up half this board. Naturally, the janitors leave the thread up because it's not a violation, but JCL will keep spamming the thread in the hopes that his shitposting will make the jannies just get tired of the argument and delete the thread entirely.
