Squenix declared they are done with TR franchise for "future years". Meaning they wrote themselves into a corner and can't figure out a way out.
Meanwhile, Rebellion Derby is no longer present for past... 7 years? 8? And nobody who worked on Tomb Raider games was present in it since '06, unless Boyd returned later (he had an on-off relationship with the company).
In other words - the franchise is done. Dead. Killed by bunch of morons, trying to appeal to non-existing crowd.
