I noticed that a lot of zoomer girls are really into retro games. Met a few ones recently thanks to tinder, and they all get super giddy when they see my humble set up with a SNES, a N64 and a Saturn on my living room and demand playing them.
When did this happen? I mostly know people my own age (36+) so I had no idea this was a thing with young people.

It has some really good presentation with nice sprite work cutscenes and stuff.
Another worhtwhile Eva game forhandheld is Shito ikusei, it's a sort of raising pet sim game where you play as kaji taking care of embryo Adam, sorta like a tamagotchi.
